We are looking for high quality houses for seasonal renting

6 years of successful and positive experiences as property owner  in the region, combined with satisfied guests and too many rejects because of no availabilities, has led us to the conclusion that we want to invite other owners of properties in Provence to join us.

We are especially looking for high quality houses, preferably with access to a pool, and located in the region of Côte d'Azur/Provence. Owners of smaller accommodations of high standards are also welcome to join us.

We have the direct contact with the guests of your house - no agencies involved. 

We provide for administration and the contacts with your guests. Over the years we have experienced that the variety of guests from different continents assures a long season of booking. At the same time  our efficiency allows us to keep a low margin. All together it leads to a high profitability of your rentals - and reasonable prices for our guests.

If you do not have good trustworthy, local contacts yourselves, we can offer you a full service concept: A Domestic Service Arrangement in several parts of Provence. We take care of all the practicalities. You don't have to worry about handing over keys, cleaning, washing of linen, and checks of the house after departure.
