Location: Peaceful, undisturbed site of 1.500 m2 with 180 degrees beautiful view over the Mediterranean and the Esterel mountains. The site which is completely fenced is planted with olive- and eucalypsus trees. At night the garden is lighted  with many indirect lightings, which gives a fantastic atmosphere.

Tourrettes sur Loup is one of the small and very picturesque medieval villages of the Riviera, situated in the hinterland about  8 km as the crow flies from the Mediterranean. It has all required necessities, so as restaurants, cafés, grocer, butcher and baker, as well as a good selection of local craftsmen. Nice local market every Wednesday. The house is situated  10 - 15 minutes´walk from the village.

The distance to Nice International Airport is 30 min., and that goes for the distance to the Mediterranean beaches, too. Nearest bigger cities are Vence, 5 km, Grasse, 15 km and Nice, 17 km.

The House: Lovely, Provencal house of 240 m2 in 2  levels with a beautiful view from most of the rooms. The house is of an extremely high standard, tastefully furnished, and it contains all the facilities, needed for a good holiday. With the house belongs a lovely pool area  with a big, fully equipped , covered summer kitchen with barbeque, and a terrace where life can be  lived on the warm summer days. In addition the house affords activities as table tennis and boule.

First Floor: Main entrance, extra toilet. Direct access to big, dining room with visible joists, open to the kitchen. Panorama sliding door to big terrace facing south with a beautiful view. Open fireplace, separating the dining room from smaller fireplace/TV room. From the dining room steps up to mezzanine with living room/library with a wonderful view. 

Access to section with extra toilet, 2 big bedrooms, each with private bathrooms.  Ground floor: From the living room a staircase leads to the lower level with 2 big bedrooms, one of them also with a double sofa bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. One bedroom has direct access to the garden and the pool area.

Activities: The pool, boule, table tennis, The Mediterranean. There are several good golf courses (9  within 30 minutes´drive) and tennis court (500 m)  - bathing trips to the Mediterranean (12 km.) -  About  1,5 hours´drive to several, known Alpine ski resorts. The area is known for its museums in Nice, Antibes, Cagnes, St.Poul de Vence, etc.. Possibility for many wonderful walks in the area behind the village.
