Location: Overlooking the valleys of Valbonne, in a 3400 m2 beautiful, peaceful and totally undisturbed garden you will find this lovely villa for rent.  The garden with old olive trees has a private pool. There is a short distance to Nice with its international airport (30 min.), Mougin (15 min. ), Cannes (20 min.) as well as The Mediterranean Sea with its beaches (20 min.). All supplies can be bought nearby (Opio 3 min) or in the very charming Valbonne Village (10 min). You are a few minutes from the most attractive golf courses the Côte d'Azur can offer you.

 

The house: This spacious property has a most friendly and welcoming ambience. From most of the rooms and the main terrace you have distant views to the Mediterranean and L'Esterel Mountains. From the private drive way the main house is welcoming you with the most charming reception area. A few meters from the main house you will find an independent guesthouse. The main house is decorated with style, high quality and tasteful furniture and has exposed ceiling timbers and lovely tile floors. Mas La Bazarette welcomes you throughout the year.  

Ground level: Main entrance, guest toilet. Large living with open fireplace. French doors to the terrace. Large Dining room with access to the terrace and a few steps down to the pool area. Kitchen. Double bedroom and a single bedroom (adult or child). Both with French doors to the garden. Bathroom and toilette.

1st floor: Master double bedroom, ensuite bathroom with toilet. Small living room with a small sofa bed, access to a small terrace. The living is leading to a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, toilet and shower. Views from all rooms.  

In the annex: A small, independent guesthouse with 2 single beds, bathroom with toilet and shower. Grounds: Well planted with old olive trees and totally undisturbed. There are 2 levels. The upper level has a lawn, a large terrace and petanque/boule area. On the lower level you find the pool area, with a covered pool house, dining table, pizza oven and barbeque.

The entire property with all its facilities is at the tenant's disposal, only:

Activities: Many well-known golf courses are nearby - La Grande Bastide (2 min) - Opio-Valbonne (10 min) – famous Cannes Mougin (15 min), Royal Mougin (15 min), Saint Donat (20 min), Grasse (25 min), new La Fayence ( stunning  36 holes 30 min), Chateau Taulane (one of the best courses in France 60 Min route Napoleon). Tennis: several courts in the area.
